Definition

Turn-in Point-- (a.k.a. corner turn-in) the point where the driver starts to turn the steering wheel and the car begins to turn into a corner. Typically the car should be at the edge of the track when starting the turn-in. The white car pictured below is about one car length into the turn (the exact turn-in point would have been one car length earlier).
