Corner entry-- driving through a corner consists of three phases: the entry, apex, and exit. The entry is the phase at which the car makes the transition into the turn, and sets up the driving line to be taken throughout the corner. The entry is generally defined as the whole segment of the turn from the turn-in point to the apex.
